Although all of Seaside is remarkable both conceptually and
architecturally, our favorite part of Seaside is Ruskin Place Artist's
Colony. It includes not only several galleries where you can peruse and purchase a
variety of original art, but an outdoor theater where concerts, performances, and other
gatherings often take place.
