Bed & Breakfast, Events Venue and Vegetarian Cafe, Grayton Beach, Florida - Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse has 13 distinctly different accommodations. All come with, cable TV, DVD player, private bath and breakfast for two in our cafe. Four rooms either have their own full kitchen or easy access to one via an adjoining common area. All the rest have a small refrigerator and most of those have microwaves and coffee pots. For the few that do not have in-room microwaves or coffee pots, either can be found in the cafe’s library which is always accessible to guests.
Other on-site amenities include a small DVD loaner library and access to laundry facilities.

Hibiscus HouseHibiscus House, is home, to our cafe and to our four original guestrooms – the Turner, Magnolia and Hibiscus rooms upstairs and the Art Deco room downstairs. While the upstairs rooms do not all have in-room microwaves or coffee pots, both can be found in the library just a few steps away. All Hibiscus House rooms have a mini-fridge. |

Bert’s BarnBert’s Barn has 5 guestrooms. Downstairs are The Big Easy, which is designed to accommodate our wheelchair-using patrons, the Funky Bird and the Old Florida. Upstairs are the Tropical Bird and Romance Rooms, which share a spacious common area that includes a full kitchen. These two rooms are well situated to rent together and we offer a discount for when they are. |

Hibiscus FlatsIn addition to our office, which we share with Beach to Bay Realty, our newest building, Hibiscus Flats, is home to Hibiscus Flats Two, Three and Four. All more like one bedroom apartments than guestrooms, have full kitchens and large, flat-screen TVs.

Deposits and Cancellations:
- We charge a 50% deposit with reservations. At time of booking you will be charged a 50% deposit. The unit rented must be rebooked in order for you to receive a deposit refund less a 25.00 processing fee OR you may use your deposit money for a later stay.
NO SMOKING!:
- All our rooms and homes are NON SMOKING. Please use theoutside common areas at the Inn and the outside porches in the homes. If smoke is detected in the rooms or houses there will be a 200.00 fee charged to your credit card account on file.
Occupancy:
- Guestroom rates are for 2 guests. Please add $10 per night per guest over 2.

Children & KidsIf you plan to bring kids when you stay at the guesthouse, let us know so that we can get you into one of our 5 “Kid Friendly” rooms. Our Kid Friendly rooms are the Hibiscus House‘s Art Deco Room, the Old Florida Room and Funky Bird Room rooms in Bert’s Barn, and Hibiscus Flat Two and Hibiscus Flat Three in in the Hibiscus Flats. Hibiscus Flat Three is on the second floor, making it more suitable for older children, but all 4 other Kid Friendly rooms are downstairs, both for safety’s sake and in consideration of our other guests. Hibiscus Flat Two &Hibiscus Flat Three both have a sleeper sofa. The other three kid friendly rooms include and are large enough, to accommodate an air mattress. Depending on age and whether or not we will be serving them |
Our Pet PolicyWe love animals and would love it if we could make all our guestrooms pet friendly. Unfortunately, many people are allergic to pet’s and pet dander, so we must limit our pet friendly accommodations. Both the Art Deco Room and Hibiscus Flat Two will accommodate a clean, non barking pet. We charge a $25.00, non refundable pet fee for pet’s that stay in our guestrooms. Note: Animal Control Ordinance Sec. 5.107. States that only Walton county residents may take their dogs to the beach during certain hours and they must be permitted. Visitors to the beach can NOT take their pets to the beach and they can NOT get permits. So, as we would like to stay pet friendly we must advise our guest that they cannot lawfully take their dog to the beach. |
