people, you may want to consider one of our vacation rentals. We have 4 right here in South Walton, along 30A, and another
one 2 hours east in Indian Pass. All have fully equipped kitchens,
washer/dryer, and bed and bath linens.

Sea and Believe is located in South
Walton's Old Florida Cottages community. It has 4 bedrooms and 3
baths and sleeps 8 comfortably. It's 2 breezy porches are
perfect for relaxing and enjoying this beautiful seaside
community, and there are two pools in the neighborhood, one
being just steps away. Sea and Believe comes fully
equipped and the entertainment center include TV, VCR, DVD and
CD.

Seacliff Cottage is just down the road in Seagrove Beach.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath can sleep 10 people with no additional
charge, and is fully equipped with amenities, including FREE
WiFi, 4 TVs with DVDs, 8 complimentary bikes, an exchange
library, and a game chest along with a porta-crib and two
strollers! Also included is a $25 gift certificate toward
breakfast here at the coffeehouse.

Lazy Daze in Dune Allen Beach,
has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 10. This nicely
landscaped getaway has a saltwater pool and spa in its fenced in
backyard. There's a screened porch and nice gulf views from
the second floor and roof deck, as well.

Further up the road in laid back and
naturally-beautiful Indian Pass, check out the
Funky Palms.
With 2 king
rooms (each enjoys a private porch), a full and a large Florida room with twin beds, Funky Palms sleeps 8. There are two full baths, one upstairs and one down, and a
third porch which is screened. |

In addition to TV and stereo, the Funky
now has high speed internet - so bring your laptop along if you're so
inclined. The Funky Palms is
pet friendly.

Seasonal Rates:
- Summer Rates run from March 1 to Sept 30
- Winter Rates run from Oct 1 to Feb 28
Deposits and Cancellations:
- We charge a 50% deposit with reservations. At time of
booking you will be charged a 50% deposit. The unit rented must be
rebooked in order for you to receive a
deposit refund less a $25.00 processing fee OR you may use your
deposit money for a later stay.
- We also charge a refundable, $200 security deposit when
you arrive.
- There is a $125 cleaning fee for Funky Palms.
Cleaning for all other vacation rentals is included in the rate.
NO SMOKING!:
- All our rooms and homes are NON SMOKING. Please use the
outside common areas at the Inn and the
outside porches in the homes. If smoke is detected in the rooms or
houses there will be a 200.00 fee charged to your credit card
account on file.
Minimum stay:
- Vacation Rental rates require a 3 day minimum
stay.

We love animals and would love it if we could make all our
accomodations pet
friendly. Unfortunately, many people are allergic to pet's and pet dander,
so we must limit them.
If you are looking for a pet friendly, vacation rental,
Daddy’s Deal Too,
Hale Ipo and
Funky Palms, are all
pet friendly. In addition,
Hale Ipo has a fenced back yard.
We charge a 75.00 non refundable fee for pets that stay in our the rental houses.
Please note that
the
Seacliff Cottage,
Lazy Daze
and Sea and Believe rentals do not permit pets.

Note: Animal Control Ordinance Sec. 5.107. States that
only Walton county residents may take their dogs to the beach
during certain hours and they must be permitted. Visitors to the
beach can NOT take their pets to the beach and they can NOT get
permits. So, as we would like to stay pet friendly we must
advise our guest that they cannot lawfully take their dog to the
beach.
