Rates are based on party size and requires the rental of guest rooms. Catering is handled by our onsite Chef, Colin Smith or Grayton Beach Catering. |
The Backyard of Love is an intimate place to gather for any celebration with up to 120 people.

- Pricing includes seating for your reserved guests and a sound system suitable to the venue.
- Room Rentals are subject to 7% sales tax + 4.5% bed tax
- The venue will be available from 3pm the day before the event until 9am the day after the event.
By renting the Backyard of Love for your event you agree to these terms and conditions:
- Your party agrees that all catering for your event will be handled through Chef Colin Smith and our in-house catering operation or by Grayton Beach Catering.
- Your party agrees that any amplified music performed at your event will abide by the provisions of the Grayton Beach Noise Ordinance
- Your party agrees to rent the required number of rooms indicated above based on the size of your event. Rooms reserved for your event will receive a 15% discount on their stay.
- Venue fee is required to be paid in full at time of booking and is nonrefundable.
- Room deposits for the required number of rooms are also required when the venue is booked. If others will be paying for their own rooms you will be credited when they pay their deposit.
