**Is breakfast included?**
As of January 1, 2026, breakfast is no longer included with room stays. The onsite café, Raw & Juicy, operates independently and serves breakfast options guests can purchase separately.

**Are pets allowed?**
Yes — three rooms are pet-friendly: Flat Two, Big Easy, and Funky Bird. Each can accommodate one to two clean, non-barking pets. A pet fee of $25.00 per night per pet applies (up to 2 pets). Pets are not permitted on furniture or in non-designated rooms.

**How far is the beach?**
About half a mile — roughly a 10-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride. A free public beach trolley runs from 6 AM to 10 PM and stops near the property.

**What are check-in and check-out times?**
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if the room is unoccupied — call the day before or morning of arrival to inquire.

**What if I arrive after office hours?**
A late arrival rack to the left of the front office door holds a welcome letter with your name and room directions.

**What is the cancellation policy?**
Cancellations made more than 3 days before arrival are refunded minus a $25.00 + tax cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival forfeit the deposit.

**What deposit is required at booking?**
Payment for the first night is required as a deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

**Is there parking?**
Yes — free off-street guest parking is available on the property. Guests are asked not to use the café parking area.

**Is there Wi-Fi?**
Yes, all rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi.

**Do rooms have kitchens?**
The three Flats (Two, Three, Four) include a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The Tropical Bird and Romance rooms share a full kitchen. The Old Florida and Funky Bird rooms have a small kitchenette. All other rooms include a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

**Are any rooms wheelchair accessible?**
Yes — the Big Easy Room is fully wheelchair accessible with a large bathroom and roll-in shower.

**Is housekeeping provided?**
Rooms are stocked with 4 sets of towels at check-in. Fresh towels are available upon request. Restocking of other amenities is also available on request.

In addition to the café, the property features a garden/courtyard seating area (the "Backyard of Love"), a library with a piano on the second floor of the café building, a basketball hoop, and a disc-golf goal.
