Pet Friendly Grayton Beach
Hibiscus is proud to be one of the few places along 30A that offers accommodations for both you and your pets. Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse has 3 pet friendly rooms: Flat Two, Big Easy and Funky Bird.
Located right next to state forests and parks there are plenty of trails to explore. We also have the Walton County Dog Park about 7 minutes away. And because Grayton Beach is away from the normal hustle and bustle you find along most of 30A, it is relatively calm and relaxed. We believe that Grayton Beach is a place that you and your pets will feel comfortable and enjoy.
Walton County Dog Park
The Walton County Dog Park also known as the Alaqua Unleashed park is the county’s largest dog park. With separate fenced off areas for both large and small dogs to run around leash-free. This is a great place to take your pet if they need to let off some steam. It will give them an opportunity to socialize with other pets. And you might meet some of the local pet owners too. Taking your pet here will brighten your day and make for a great afternoon.
State Parks
Grayton Beach is one of the most beautiful and pristine state parks in the United States. And Grayton Beach State Park is not only beautiful and worth seeing, but it’s also pet friendly! Also right next to the state park entrance is a hiking trail which is big enough you could spend days exploring it.
Whenever you are traveling with a pet, follow the BARK Ranger guidelines:

Pet Friendly Restaurants
Grayton Beach has quite a few different pet friendly restaurants to choose from.
- Chiringos – One of the most popular restaurants in Grayton Beach, offers patio seating.
- Beach Camp Brewpub – A great place for delicious and/or strong beers that also offers patio seating.
- Hurricane Oyster Bar – One of the long time local favorites, family owned and operated and has patio seating.
- Chanticleer Eatery – One of my personal favorites. Has an outdoor patio.
Funky Bird Room
The Funky Bird Room has a queen-size bed and can sleep 2 guests. It has a small kitchenette and is one of our 3 pet-friendly accommodations.
Big Easy Room
The Big Easy Room is a fully handicap accessible room. With a queen-size bed, it can accommodate 2 guests and has a large bathroom and a big shower to accommodate our guests who use a wheelchair.
Flat Two
Flat Two is a first floor, one bedroom apartment with a king-size bed, and a sleeper sofa. It will accommodate 4 guests. It is one of our 3 pet-friendly accommodations.
