Guest Rooms

Hibiscus Guesthouse offers 12 distinct room accommodations, each adorned with a charming vintage ambiance reminiscent of 1950s Old Florida. Distinguished as the only Vintage Old-Florida hotel in the 30A area providing three pet-friendly rooms and three condo flat-styled rooms. Our rooms boast comprehensive amenities, including satellite TV, a mini or full-sized refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee pot, iron and ironing board, private bath, a blow-dryer, and WiFi. As a delightful addition, every guest enjoys a scrumptious morning breakfast served in our historic on-site café. Now operated by local vegan eatery Raw & Juicy.

The Woodpecker Cottage has a queen-size bed and a small living area that provides a nice view of the garden.
Turner Room

Queen Bed, Sleeps 2

The Turner Room has a queen-size bed and is just off the screened-in deck upstairs and overlooks the cafe courtyard.
Tropical Bird Room

King Bed, Sleeps 4

The Tropical Bird has a king-size bed and a separate living area with sleeper-sofa. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and shares a full kitchen with the Romance Room room.
Romance Room

King Bed, Sleeps 4

The Romance Room has a king-size bed and a separate living area with a sleeper sofa. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and shares a full kitchen with the Tropical Bird room.
Old Florida Room

Ground Floor, Queen Bed, Sleeps 2

The Old Florida room has a queen-size bed and can sleep 2 guests. It includes a small kitchenette.
Magnolia Room

Queen Bed, Sleeps 2

The Magnolia Room, on the second floor, has a queen-size bed and a shower but no tub. This is our “coziest” room, giving perhaps, the quaint feel of staying at Grandma’s house for the holiday.
Hibiscus Room

King Bed, Sleeps 3

One of our more spacious rooms, the Hibiscus Room has a king-size bed and a roll-away cot which can accommodate a third guest.
Funky Bird Room

Ground Floor, Pet Friendly, Queen Bed, Sleeps 2

The Funky Bird Room has a queen-size bed and can sleep 2 guests. It has a small kitchenette and is one of our 3 pet-friendly accommodations.
Flat Two

Flat, Ground Floor, King Bed, Pet Friendly, Sleeps 4

Flat Two is a first floor, one bedroom apartment with a king-size bed, and a sleeper sofa. It will accommodate 4 guests. It is one of our 3 pet-friendly accommodations.
Flat Three

Flat, King Bed, Sleeps 4

Flat Three is a one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It will accommodate 4 guests.
Flat Four

Flat, King Bed, Sleeps 4

Flat Four is a one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It will accommodate 4 guests.
Big Easy Room

Ground Floor, Pet Friendly, Queen Bed, Sleeps 2, Wheelchair Access

The Big Easy Room is a fully handicap accessible room. With a queen-size bed, it can accommodate 2 guests and has a large bathroom and a big shower to accommodate our guests who use a wheelchair.
